Mavrik Games is a site dedicated to providing the UDK community with tools and tutorials. Current projects include:

Project Suite Management Utility - an application developed to enable the UDK to support multiple game projects and provide a file structure template to better organize them
Software Inventory Manager - an application that helps keep track of software package installers for software you use
Heightmap Image Converter - an application that converts images to heightmap/layer data and vice versa for use in the UDK landscape tool
Tutorials - various tutorials on how to implement different game components in the Unreal Development Kit
